What you’ll do in the class
Welcome and introduction to the team building event
Division into small teams (across departments by lot)
- Presentation of challenges and tasks
- Implementation of various team challenges, such as:
- Taste blind from ingredients such as fruits, herbs or nuts
- Estimate quantities without a scale
- Creative cooking or baking task with random ingredients (wheel of fortune)
- Design and presentation of the dishes
- Scoring for every challenge
- Tasting the results together
- Award ceremony with the “Golden Pineapple” as a humorous prize
